Volunteering / Involvement
We are quite simple about Recess, and that is we are currently all volunteer and expenses are paid for through parents, donations, and fundraisers.
This being said, if duties become out of balance, they will be compensated with pay. And in pay, we believe people should make nothing at all, or be paid well.
In all of this, Recess will be transparent.
Lastly, the best way to get involved is share with us how you would like be. However, I do plan on creating a list of things on our mind.
How we work

By request, we have added this donation page. With that, all donations are greatly appreciated and are used in accordance with our mission, values, and vision.
In that, our goal is transparency on where money goes and the lives it affects, but if you have specific questions, please let us know.
With that, our needs vary from games and equipment to a bus and a building. It also includes buying tools and paying to make things happen.
In general, we do our best to earn our way regardless if someone can pay. That being said, the generosity of others can speed things up. And when it comes to children and change, I don't know if there is a better time than now.
